| Go
to Start, All Programs, Accessories, Communications, and click on New Connection
Wizard as shown below. 
(Note: If you have your
Windows XP Start button operating in Classic Mode, go to Start, Settings,
Control Panel. In the Control Panel, click Network Connections.)
